You can contact the Equal Opportunities Officer if you would like to find out more about women's and equality issues, complain about discrimination in everyday and professional life or if you need support in asserting your rights, help and counselling. This may be necessary for

• realising the compatibility of family and career
• on return to work
• Business start-up
• difficult life situations such as separation/divorce or experience of violence

Contacts can also be established with women's groups, associations and/or self-help groups. It also accepts suggestions on how the situation of women and girls in the Neuenhaus joint municipality can be improved.
