Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Applicants must have a qualification as a state-certified technician or a technical qualification in the field of building construction as well as practical experience. Experience in the field of energy-efficient refurbishment of properties is desirable. We expect a high degree of motivation and initiative, a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm as well as the ability to successfully realise the task as part of a team.

The main tasks are as follows:

  • Technical management of the properties of the Neuenhaus joint municipality
  • Supervision of energy management including a reporting system to optimise energy-related processes
  • Monitoring of construction measures


Remuneration is in accordance with pay group 9a TVöD plus an annual special payment as well as performance-related pay and a company pension scheme. The Samtgemeinde Neuenhaus also participates in the company health management scheme, as well as the job ticket and bike leasing scheme.
