As part of its climate protection activities, the town of Neuenhaus is giving away a total of 83 trees to private individuals for a plot of land in the town of Neuenhaus.
At the beginning of September, a water concession agreement for the next 30 years was concluded between the member municipalities of the joint municipalities of Emlichheim, Neuenhaus and Uelsen as well as the municipality of Wietmarschen and the water and wastewater association. In this way, the water supply can be secured for a long period of time.

Due to construction work on Fuchsienstraße between Carl-van-der-Linde-Straße and the Teeland development area, it is not always possible to guarantee passage through the bottleneck. We recommend using the pedestrian traffic lights on Pestalozzistraße as a diversion. The construction work on Fuchsienstraße will probably be completed in mid-October.
