Building plots

  • General information

    Information on available building plots can be found at https://ggb.grafschaft-bentheim.de. These pages offer building plots from both GEG Neuenhaus mbH and GGB (Grundstücks-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft des Landkreises Grafschaft Bentheim mbH).

  • Neuenhaus district

    The Thesingfeld I and Thesingfeld II development areas are currently in the land allocation phase. For this reason, applications can no longer be accepted. The Hilten expansion area is in preparation.

  • Veldhausen district

    The development of a total of 34 plots for the Teland I area and ten further plots in the Teland II area in the south-east of the district was completed in 2021. These areas are currently in the land allocation phase. For this reason, no more applications can be accepted.

  • Application for a building site

    You can submit your application for a building plot here.
    If you do not wish to send the application electronically, you can also print it out and send it in writing to GEG Neuenhaus, Mr Kramer, Veldhausener Str. 26, 49828 Neuenhaus.

  • Excellent place to live

    In 2024, the Neuenhaus joint municipality was once again recognised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as an "Excellent place to live for skilled workers".
