Building plots

Information on available building plots can be found at https://ggb.grafschaft-bentheim.de/ggb/geg-neuenhaus.php. These pages offer building plots from both GEG Neuenhaus mbH and GGB (Grundstücks-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft des Landkreises Grafschaft Bentheim mbH).

There are still some building plots available in the Thesingfeld II development area. You can find an overview here. If you are interested, please contact Mr Kramer. The extension area Hilten is in preparation.

In Veldhausen there are still some plots available in the Teland development area. You can find an overview here. If you are interested, please contact Mr Kramer.

You can submit your application for a building plot in the future Hilten Extension development area here.
If you do not wish to send the application electronically, you can also print it out and send it in writing to GEG Neuenhaus, Mr Kramer, Veldhausener Str. 26, 49828 Neuenhaus.
